Meditation and Scripture
For those who did the demons seminar by Ian Fry, here is a useful link to an online book download:
The meditation stuff can all be found in When I don't desire God - which has been made available free online by Piper. You can find it here on the desiring God website, chapter 8 is the bit on memorisation.

Ian helpfully pointed out that meditating on scripture is an effective means of combat because the truth can go deep - a bit like tightening up the belt of truth.
